ASUU Commences Indefinite Strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, on Monday, March 23rd, 2020 pronounced an inconclusive strike over the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System and the non-usage of the 2009 understanding.

The association’s National President, Prof. Biodun Ogunyemi, reported the strike at a press preparation in its National Secretariat, Abuja.

He noticed that the administration neglected to address the issues raised.

ASUU had on Monday, March 9, 2020, pronounced a fourteen day cautioning strike, Bossvibe reports.

  1. Well… I think this strike and the ongoing news about Corona Virus is seriously going to affect the school curriculum and it’s really annoying cos those in final year would really find the semester difficult with their additional project ongoing…
