Coronavirus: Anambra Index Case Whereabouts Unknown, As State Closes Motor Parks
The Anambra State Government has ordered the closure of private and public motor parks in the state.
This followed the declaration of the state’s COVID-19 list case on Friday by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control.
Our journalist discovered that the whereabouts of the list case was obscure as of the hour of recording this report.
It was accumulated that the list case, who came into the state from Lagos, was in Adazi Nnukwu in the Anaocha Local Government of the state.
“After the outcome was made known, the patient vanished”, a source told Bossvibe.
Yet, the state government said it had begun following the individuals who had contact with the record case.
The Commissioner for Transport in the State, Christian Madubuko, said occupants who ignore the motor parks closure request would “incur the wrath of the government”.
The announcement read to some degree, “The Ministry of Transport wishes to educate all proprietors and administrators regarding open and private stops in Anambra State that all parks are therefore shut.
“This is to guarantee the regulation and spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the state.
“It would be ideal if you all concerned must cling to this order with quick impact. Any individual who goes in opposition to this order will cause the anger of the government.”
