The Lagos State Government has pulled back charges against a musician, Azeez Fashola, alias name Naira Marley, and a lawmaker, Babatunde Gbadamosi.
Naira Marley, Gbadamosi and his significant other were charged before the Lagos State Magistrates’ Court in Ogba for going to a jam-packed birthday celebration infringing upon the administration’s social separating mandate to check the spread of coronavirus.
They were planned for arraignment on Wednesday, bossvibe reports.
Be that as it may, the administration, as per one of the protection counsel, Mr Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa (SAN), pulled back the four counts documented as a detriment to the three respondents.
Bossvibe prior announced that police officers banned writers from the court premises.
Toward the finish of the procedures, Adegboruwa informed columnists on what happened in the court.
He said the state pulled back the charges depending on the prerequisite that the litigants would delicate a conciliatory sentiment to the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari
